Markisa 'MAKASSAR' present to provide the best to you all by monitoring OUR quality and YOUR health, so that in production we DO NOT use the food additives such as :

 

1. Without Artificial Sweeteners

   There seems a bitter taste on the tongue. The sweet taste comes from natural sugar cane.

2. Without Colouring

   When it is already being served or even still in the bottle, the juice and water will seperate naturally.

   Juice's color did not seem clear but turbid.

3. Without Citrad Acid

   The natural sour taste of Passion fruit is bland without any flavor.

4. Without Eccence

   Cane sugar is added to improve the bland taste above.

5. Without CMC ( Thickener )

   CMC is used to improve the external appearance so that the juice and water will not separate when still. 

   The different in density between passion fruit extract/concentrate and fruit water causes separation.

6. Without Pulp

   By using a machine that can separate the seeds from the fruit of seed grain wrap directly.

   The acquisition of fruit juice can be optimized. We know that the passion fruit is composed od dozens of

   small seeds are encased by fine grains and fruit water in the middle. Until now there is no techonology

   that can separate the grain wrap intact seeds without destroying them into pulp fruit.
